There's no question that Jessica Simpson is anxious to get married again. She blew a good thing with Nick Lachey - he loved her the way she wanted to be loved, but she thought she had the upper hand - and she's been getting smacked around (in a non-violent, romantically inclined way) ever since. She falls hard, and falls often. And either the creep shows his true colors or she scares him away.

Romo's been around for months now, despite the best efforts of her father and the pleading of his fans. What keeps him hanging around? Is it her cooking? (Ha!) The witty and deep conversations they have after marathon sessions of C-SPAN? (Snicker) No, not a good ol' boy like Tony. he probably has a blast drinking her under the table and throwing her around the hotel room like a rag doll. He has the time of his life, and she doesn't remember a thing in the morning.

That all sounds like great fun, but does it make a solid long-term relationship? I dunno ... If I were Jessica I wouldn't pick out the invitations just yet.
