Cher sparks concerns over her health Cher sparks concerns over her health Cher has sparked concerns over her health after canceling her sixth show . The 62-year-old singer has canceled performances due to "asthma- related bronchitis”. Cher’s publicist Liz Rosenberg revealed the star was suffering from "Vegas throat", the nickname for when the throat is affected by the desert city’s dry air. The news comes after Cher canceled four more shows earlier this year. Rosenberg denied claims the singer is suffering from chronic abdominal issues, and refused to comment on rumors the condition is caused by Cher’s breakup from motorcyclist Tim Medvetz.
