Paris Hilton and boyfriend Benji Madden are set to breakup amid rumors that she has been getting cozy with MySpace boss Chris DeWolfe, Transworld reports

Sources say Hilton and DeWolfe has been spending a lot of time together and Madden is “feed up.”

“Chris is crazy about Paris. He finds her very attractive – they’ve spent some time together, and he hopes Paris feels the same way,” says an insider.

“He (Madden) was really fed up about this, but his attitude is, good riddance to her if she has really cheated on him,” said a source close to the ‘Good Charlotte’ singer.
