Nick Bollea is being released from jail on Oct. 21

People magazine reports that his release date is three months early, with credits for good behavior and working. A source tells People the early release is standard for all inmates.

"They automatically get credits towards early release, and if they don't do anything bad while they're here, they get to use the credits," a jail official who did not want to be identified told People
