Keith Urban slipped a disc in his back.

The country singer revealed his condition to fans at a concert at the Konocti Harbor Resort and Spa in Kelseyville, California, but still managed to perform as normal.

Keith’s publicist Paul Freundlich didn’t divulge what caused the singer’s injury, but has reassured fans it will not affect his touring schedule.

The musician is currently completing a series of North American tour dates, but is taking regular trips to Australia to visit his wife Nicole Kidman and their daughter Sunday Rose who was born in July.
