Jennifer Hudson is engaged to her boyfriend David Otunga.
A representative for the ‘Dreamgirls’ star confirmed David, who has been
dating Jennifer for less than a year, proposed on the star’s 27th birthday
on September 12.
The spokesperson said: “I can confirm that Jennifer got engaged to her
boyfriend David in Los Angeles.”
David – who is most well known by his nickname Punk, which he was given
after appearing on hit US reality TV show ‘I Love New York 2’ – popped the
question with a diamond ring from exclusive jewellers Neil Lane.
Jennifer – who will release her debut album ‘Jennifer Hudson’ later this
year – recently revealed she is desperate to win a Grammy award after
winning an Oscar for her role in 'Dreamgirls'.
She said: "I used to watch the Grammys and dream of winning one. I think
that will be next on my list."
