Britney Spears will kick off the 2008 Video Music Awards on Sunday, September 7th at 9:00PM (ET/PT) sharp. With multiple nominations and appearances over the years, Britney Spears is nominated this year for Best Female Video, Best Pop Video and Video of the Year for “Piece of Me.”
