Amy Winehouse is helping to launch her goddaughter's music career.
The troubled singer begged organizers of London's Berkeley Square Ball - an annual charity event in aid of The Prince's Trust - to let 12-year-old Dionne perform at the event and she was eventually allowed to take to the stage.
A source said: "Amy's really pushing Dionne to be a big star. Amy's manager Ray always supports the Berkeley Square charity bash so she asked organizers if Dionne could perform a couple of numbers.
"She has been encouraging her to sing and wants to give her a big break."
Dionne was reportedly extremely nervous before her debut, but Amy was on hand to dispense advice and help her calm down.
