The 34-year-old as stick-thin as she was last year when she was ordered to gain weight for the Spice Girls tour, NOW reports.

Her diet isn’t helped by signs that the American public appear to be tiring of the Beckhams – and when she’s feeling low, the first thing to go is her appetite.

Posh’s stress has mounted since she was slated again for wearing huge sunglasses on the red carpet at a sports awards bash on 17 July.
