Vanessa Hudgens sued by her former business partner Johnny Vieira

In a lawsuit filed Monday in Los Angeles, Vieira claims he helped Hudgens launch her career. The producer says the now 19-year-old agreed to “share equally” in the profits with him but has failed to pay him. Vieira claims that because Hudgens was a minor at the time of the 2005 agreement, a court approved it. He is demanding more than $5 million in punitive damages.
