The Welsh actor was seen frolicking with the mystery blonde on the Spanish island of Ibiza. Rhys' new girl has the same long blonde hairstyle, slim figure and even a star tattoo like Sienna's.
Rhys, 40, and the unknown girl are staying on the same island where he and Sienna enjoyed their first holiday together almost exactly a year ago.
A source told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "Rhys is a single man and in his prime - or so he keeps joking to his mates. He was devastated about his split with Sienna but has finally moved on.
"He was initially reluctant to go back to Ibiza as it holds some painful memories of his time with Sienna. But he has lots of friends out there - Kate Moss was instrumental in his decision to return."
