Kelly Rowland plans to relocate to London. ‘I’m very comfortable here, and that says a lot. I feel like I’m at home,' she says. 'My British fans are the best in the world.' Kelly was going to buy a luxury apartment in Battersea, south London, but pulled out. ‘I really like north London,’ she tells Celebs On Sunday. ‘I’m going to check out lots of places there as soon as possible.’
