Katie Holmes denies kicking Tom Cruise's mother and sister out of their new Beverly Hills home

Sources alleged that Holmes got tired of her in-laws living with her and Cruise so she told them to leave, Transworld reports Cruise’s mom Mary Lee South and sister Cass, who has lived with the actor since his 2001 divorce from Nicole Kidman, have moved out but the couple’s rep said it was not because of Holmes. “This has nothing to do with Katie,” said the rep.
