Yellow is a powerful color, and creates great impact when used properly. When yellow is misused or abused, however, it can draw attention to the very things it should be hiding. See what I mean after the jump.

Today's good news - surprisingly - is kooky fame whore Bai Ling, whose eclectic fashion sense is usually way off-base. This time, she looks great. Bai has one of those sleek, angular bodies that looks best in almost nothing. The almost-not-there cut of the dress, accented by the leopard tattoo and touch of lunar cleavage, brings an unusual touch of class to someone more commonly seen with Band-Aid messages.

Bad news is one Eva Longoria, who is usually photographed looking like a million bucks, but who fails miserably trying to create more cleavage. I fully sympathize; we little girls have to do the best we can with what we have, but it's not sexy to see breasts mashed into the sternum like that. Makes mine hurt just looking at it. Let them free!

The moral here is that yellow is a color that must be used carefully, lest it act like a beacon and take you to the worst dressed list.
