Clay Aiken and Jaymes Foster, 50 welcome a baby boy. Clay's son, named Parker Foster Aiken, was born at 8:08 am at an "undisclosed location" in North Carolina. He weighed in at 6 lbs., 2 oz. and was 19 inches long. Faye Aiken, Clay's mom, told the local radio station WRAL in Raleigh that the baby has dark hair and that her son is smiling from ear-to-ear. Angelina Jolie is waiting for some more facts before she decides who she's voting for in the coming election. "I have not decided on a candidate," the actress told Variety. "I am waiting to see the commitments they will make on issues like international justice, refugees and how to address the needs of children in crisis around the world."
