Christian Bale will not face charges in connection to an assault allegation filed by his mother and sister, the Associated Press reports.

England's Crown Prosecution Service ordered police not to take further action against the actor due to insufficient evidence.

Christian was arrested after a family incident involving this mother, Jenny, 61, and sister Sharon, 40.
