Britney Spears denies making a deal with the paparazzi to photograph her holidaying in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

According to reports , pictures of the singer wearing a white bikini and swimming with dolphins were staged, with Spears taking a percentage of the sale price.

A spokesman for the popstar denied the claims, stating: "If someone is trying to sell photos of Britney in Cabo, they're doing so without her knowledge or permission."
