Benji Madden and his brother Josh Madden hung out in NYC's Soho neighborhood. The dynamic duo were spotted originally leaving Mary-Kate Olsen's office building, then had a business meeting, went to eat at Lure, and then went shopping at 99 cent stores in NYC. The twosome seemed in high spirits. Benji laughed at reports that something might be going on between himself and Mary-Kate Olsen. He told photographers "you guys see me with my girl everyday I don't have to say anything else". Benji was wearing two diamond encrusted letter "P" necklaces that he said were gifts from his girlfriend Paris Hilton
