Anne Hathaway’s private diaries have been seized by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

The actress who split from boyfriend Raffaello Follieri just days after he was arrested over a $6 million real estate scam - had her
journals confiscated during a raid on the 29-year-old Italian businessman’s
apartment.
It has also been claimed agents seized photographs of Follieri and Anne,
documents, watches, an antique Bible and a Tiffany clock.
Anne, who has not been charged with anything, is believed to have cut all
ties with Follieri.
A source said: “She has changed her numbers so he can’t reach her. He has
been trying to call her all the time.
“He is doing very badly and says people are abusing him. He’s a broken man.”
Follieri reportedly still suspects Anne played a part in his arrest.
