The ‘Top Gun’ star has become a huge fan of the combat sword sport and has
convinced his good pals to get involved as it gives the men a chance to
spend some quality time together.
Will revealed: “Tom has a room for training. We don’t get enough time to
hang out, just us three guys, so this is his way of getting together and
bonding. David and I go to his home and just do fencing. It’s a lot of fun.”
However, Will admits the trio have to be careful because they’re all getting
older.
The 39-year-old actor said: “We wanted an activity that was strenuous, but
we’re getting older – we have to think about slowing down. We’ve got to
watch our joints. Especially my knee!”
