Miad Jarbou suing Eminem for an alleged assault

The star's alleged victim is seeking more than $25,000 in damages with the lawsuit, Digital Spy reports

Jarbou has stated that he was punched by Eminem, real name Marshall Bruce Mathers III, "without warning or provocation" in a bathroom at a Detroit strip club on July 13, 2006. He claims to have "undergone physical pain and suffering, emotional distress, ongoing serious injuries requiring medical treatment" as well as "embarrassment, humiliation, medical expenses, wage loss and other economic and non-economic" damages.
