Matt Le Blanc, has been slammed with a lawsuit for $1 million.

Allegedly, LeBlanc neglected to pay his former business manager Camille Cerio, National Enquirer reports.

Cerio is suing for breach of contract, she claims he owes commission $ for managing his career.

Leblanc says he paid Cerio more than $200,000 but in a lawsuit filed in LA Superior Court, Cerio claims the amount is minute compared to the royalties LeBlanc scored from Friends and its spin-off Joey.
