Lindsay Lohan , who celebrated her 22nd birthday with rumored girlfriend Samantha Ronson admits there is someone special in her life but, refuses to say who.

‘I just want to live a happy, healthy year and continue on the path I've been on and be with the person that I care about and my family,’ she said on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM.

Lindsay and Samantha, 30 were first spotted getting close at the Cannes Film Festival in France in May.
