The two were at the Key Club in LA and they were sitting apart but when no one’s was looking, the two canoodled.

“They refused to be photographed together,” an eyewitness told The New York Daily News.

“Jessica sat with Vivica Fox,” said the insider.

“But Jessica kept excusing herself to walk to the back, where Tony was.”

“They'd make out against the wall; then she'd walk back up to sit in front."
