I will admit it. I do own a pair of Crocs ... I'm not proud, but damn, they are comfortable. They can go from street to beach without breaking a sweat. (Not that rubber sweats, but you know what I mean.) Crocs have had the whole rubber-shoes-in-any-color thing locked up for a while, but now Skechers is nipping at their heels. Will Crocs bite back?

Have the makers of Crocs stopped to think of the huge carbon footprint these shoes make? They're probably like styrofoam - totally non-biodegradable, they'll be here long after we're gone. What will future generations think?

When they first came out, everyone laughed at them ... until they put them on. Now their competitors are trying to grab a piece of the Croc pie ... and the Croc folks aren't having it. They're threatening to sue Skechers for knocking off their design. See for yourself below. They're pretty close. But do they warrant litigation?
