Brad Pitt is under fire after he was photographed driving with daughter Shiloh on his lap, says the Daily Mail.

Photographs of the 44-year-old behind the wheel of a golf cart with Shiloh have prompted an angry response from the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents.

A spokeswoman for the group said: "Children shouldn't be sitting on parents' laps when driving a vehicle because the child could be distraction to the driver. And should there be an accident the child would be put in a dangerous position."

She added: "Children should be in their own seat in the vehicle."
