The 'Pearl Harbor' actor - who has a two-year-old daughter Violet with
Jennifer - insists rumors the relationship is in trouble are completely
untrue.
He said: "My home life is pretty great. We're very happy. Things couldn't be
better. We're kind of taking it easy and just kind of enjoying a little
downtime at home."
Ben and Jennifer - who celebrated their third wedding anniversary - went out for dinner with Ben's 'Good Will Hunting' co-writer
Matt Damon and his wife Luciana Barroso at Nobu in Malibu, California.
An onlooker said: "Ben and Matt were entertaining the girls with stories,
and they were all laughing a lot. The group made a toast to Ben and
Jennifer's anniversary when dessert came. They were all in a great mood, and
Jennifer and Ben left Nobu hand in hand."
