Concerned by Angelina's refusal to slow down in the final stages of what has been a difficult pregnancy, partner Brad Pitt finally reached breaking point, begging the 33-year-old actress to get professional treatment for the sake of their unborn twin daughters.

After weeks of ignoring his pleas to rest at their sprawling rented chateau, the stubborn mum-of-four is now under surveillance at the Lenval Hospital in Nice, where she'll remain until she gives birth to her baby girls.
