John Blagrove and Cara Burton have been arrested on – suspicion of supplying drugs to Amy Winehouse, the Associated Press reports.

The charges stem from the \video that appeared to show the troubled singer smoking crack cocaine, PEOPLE reports

The two have reportedly been charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine and MDMA (ecstasy).

Police have said Winehouse will not be charged in that case.
