Tori Spelling gave birth to a daughter named Stella via c-section, In Touch reports.
According to a friend of Tori and her husband Dean McDermott, "the baby is beautiful and the couple is overjoyed. Tori had a C-section scheduled for 3 p.m. [Pacific Time] today, June 9, one week before her due date.” The reality tv star put herself in good hands at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA — Angelina Jolie’s ob-gyn did the delivery! Tori, who famously adores the color pink, is ecstatic about adding a girl to her family, which already includes son Liam Aaron, 14 months. Dr. Rothbart also delivered Liam and is expected to leave for France to deliver Angelina’s twins. He stayed in Namibia with the star to deliver her first biological child, daughter Shiloh, now 2. “Tori is such a happy mother!” the friend added. “She’s going to have a ball dressing up her daughter in the frilliest, prettiest outfits.
