Pop singer Taylor Dayne received probation and a fine for her DUI, PEOPLE reports .

In a deal with prosecutors, Dayne, 46, pleaded no contest to reckless driving, PEOPLE reports

"We proved to prosecutors that Taylor wasn't driving under the influence, and that alcohol wasn't a factor in this case," her attorney Scott Spindel says.
