His ex-wife, Reese Witherspoon, 32, has confirmed: “He knows how to negotiate a child out of a temper tantrum like you wouldn’t believe.” And since the couple’s 2007 divorce, Ryan enjoys nothing more than hanging with his kids. “Right now, I’m dating my 8-year-old and 4-year-old. That’s who I spend my nights on the couch with,” he says. “My kids give me peace.
