Rob Lowe's former nanny Jessica Gibson says she never signed a confidentiality agreement, OK reports.

On Thursday, Gibson filed docs in a Santa Barbara County Superior Court, asking that Rob's lawsuit be thrown out because he has no legal right to object to anything she may have said about him or the family.

TMZ is reporting that last February 25, Jessica sent an email saying "I need a copy of my confidentiality contract."
