Like everything on the property of Chateau Miraval, the chapel on the 1,000-acre grounds is historic and lovely, IN TOUCH WEEKLY reports.
“It’s simplistic yet romantic and intimate,” says an insider. “There are stained-glass windows at the front and back, 10 wooden pews and an old wood floor. There’s also a rustic wooden altar with beautiful ivory candles.” The age-old charm of the chapel, along with its secluded location, would make it the perfect spot for a wedding — which may have been exactly what Brad had in mind when he insisted on moving there. “The owner didn’t want to sell it,” says the insider. “Brad did everything he could to change his mind — he took him to dinner five times before he would agree to lease it for six months.” The chapel would be a perfect spot for a wedding ceremony.
