Mischa Barton planned on spending most of the summer in her new apartment in Paris, but instead she’ll be stuck in Los Angeles paying the price for her DUI arrest in December, IN TOUCH WEEKLY reports.

On June 4, Mischa enrolled in alcohol-education classes in West Hollywood, where she’ll attend once a week for the duration of the summer to learn about the dangers of drinking and driving. “I love Paris. I have a lot of friends there,” Mischa, 22, tells In Touch.
