Jennifer Lopez's mom, Guadalupe, has moved into their Long Island, N.Y., home to help with the twins after the nanny quit, STAR reports.

"All you can hear is noise," an insider tells Star. "Screaming, phones ringing, babies crying, TVs blaring. It's madness."

To deal with the stress, Marc Anthony locks himself away to prepare for his upcoming world tour.

Adds the source, "Jennifer and Marc love each other, but the pressure to keep their careers going while having twins can be too much for anyone."
