When asked how he feels about the new addition to the family, the new grandpa tells Life & Style, "We're thrilled, we're all absolutely thrilled." Jamie Lynn Spears gave birth by C-section to a healthy baby girl, Maddie Briann, around 8:30 a.m. today.
