Supermodel Cindy Crawford was upset when she was asked by a fan if she was the mother of Gossip Girl hunk Chace Crawford.

"Cindy was so nice to the girl, but she said, 'Um, Chace could be my younger brother — he's way too old to be my son!' " an eyewitness tells Star.

Cindy, 42, proceeded to tell the fan that she is in no way related to Chace, 22, and has never even seen his show.
