Britney Spears won’t be charged for driving over a photographer’s foot

After reviewing photos and video of the incident, police have decided to drop the case due to lack of evidence. 'The pictures and videos do not show the victim's foot being hit,' the LAPD statement says, noting that Britney was driving slowly and carefully amidst the crush of paparazzi. The report concludes that the 'only way the victim's foot could have been where the video indicates it to be was by the victim placing it in that location'.
