Sean Avery lacerates his spleen

Hockey star Sean Avery is in intensive care after lacerating his spleen , PEOPLE reports
"Sean has undergone procedures to stop his internal bleeding, and is awaiting results from his doctors today," the New York Rangers star's publicist, Nicole Chabot, tells PEOPLE. "Doctors expect he'll make a full recovery, but will be keeping him in the hospital for a week." Image WENN |
