Scarlett Johansson's debut album has received bad reviews from music critics, Enquirer reports.

Scarlett Johansson released her album of Tom Waits' cover songs Anywhere I Lay My Head last week in the wake of her Cannes ban debacle.

Rolling Stone complained her voice was "unremarkable. She's a faintly goth Marilyn Manson lost in a sonic fog."

Entertainment Weekly gave it a C and said "her expressionless voice" was lost "in druggy ambience."

David Bowie, contributed backing vocals on two of the nearly all Waits comp.
