Lindsay Lohan has turned down John Englebert's offer to bail her out of her latest legal drama, which revolves around a fur coat.

Model Masha Markova filed papers at Manhattan’s State Supreme Court claiming Lohan stole her $11,000 mink coat. Lohan insists she is innocent.
John Englebert offered to settle the case for Lohan, and buy her own mink coat.

Her representative says, “She already has one (fur coat).”

Adding of the coat mystery, the rep adds, “If she took it, she took it by mistake. There are worse mistakes to make.”
