Lindsay Lohan was spotted flashing an engagement ring at Cannes, fueling reports she is in a romantic relationship with DJ Samantha Ronson.

The 21-year-old caused a stir in a green mini dress at the Dolce E Gabbana party at the Baoli restaurant at Port Canto , Daily Mail reports .

The two women were photographed kissing and cuddling on Sean 'P Diddy' Combs' yacht party on the French Riviera on Thursday night, fueling long rumors they are more than friends.

The Mean Girls actress looked happy as she intimately conversed with her DJ friend.

Lindsay's mother Dina has given her approval to her daughter's friendship with Samantha.

She said: 'Samantha's a sweetheart. She's great – and she's the best spinner around.

'I'm friends with her mom.

'She's raised some extremely talented kids. It's a talented family.'
