Kristin Davis , who played Charlotte in Sex And The City, has revealed that she was horrified when she was asked to take off her clothes for a shower scene in the much-anticipated Sex And The City movie.

Davis, 43, recalled the moment when the film's writer and director Michael Patrick King told her to strip.

She said: "He tried to get me to be naked in the shower scene. I feel like I can't do that stuff. I feel really panicky about that stuff."

And she added that when she agreed to shoot a cut-down version of the scene, she still found the experience "extremely stressful", even though it did not involve total nudity
