Kate Moss puts daughter in danger?

Kate was spotted driving across a field near her home in the Cotswolds with five-year-old Lila Grace. "Quad bikes should only be used for the number of people that they are designed for, otherwise they may be able to tip over," says a spokesperson for the Royal Society for Prevention of Accidents. The spokesperson goes on to say that children should always wear helmets to protect them from "risk from serious head injuries".
