Joel Madden and Nicole Richie patch up their relationship

The young couple enjoyed a family day out with their three-month-old daughter Harlow just days after Nicole threatened her baby daddy she'd walk out on him permanently if he abandoned them again..

"They looked like the perfect family," an onlooker reports. "Joel was very attentive to Nicole and the baby. It was just adorable to watch."

The reconciliation comes after the rocker spent the past five weeks touring the world with his Good Charlotte band mates, leaving the fragile young mum at home with their daughter.
