Before Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz's big day, Ashlee's older sister, Jessica, and mom Tina threw a bachelorette party for her at the Simpson household in Encino, Calif. Meanwhile, Ashlee's dad, Joe Simpson, took her fiancé, Pete, and some buddies out for a booze-fueled bachelor's dinner in a private upstairs room at Beverly Hills hotspot Mr. Chow. Joe is clearly one proud soon-to-be father-in-law: "I'm a happy camper," he cheered as they all left the restaurant. The pre-wedding partiers, minus the bride-to-be, moved the celebration to Teddy's at the Roosevelt hotel, where Jessica stopped by to visit her dad and future brother-in-law before calling it a night.
