According to MSNBC, Jamie Lynn Spears's age is causing friction between the “Zoey 101” star and her mother, Lynne.

According to the National Enquirer, Jamie Lynn expects Mama Spears to open her personal fortune so she can buy a home for herself and the father of her baby-to-be, Casey Aldridge. Lynne, on the other hand, doesn’t see the sense in allowing a 17-year-old to get her hands on the $300,000 needed to seal the deal.

“When Lynne refused, Jamie Lynn said she was moving in with Casey’s parents,” an insider told the Enquirer. “Lynne immediately jumped on a plane in Los Angeles and headed home to Kentwood. She’s buying everything for the baby’s nursery.”

. “Jamie Lynn wants to control her money and marry Casey,” the insider said.

“Jamie Lynn’s relationship with (Casey’s mother) Joyce is blossoming into a real friendship, and she’s become very comfortable asking her for motherly advice,” the family friend assured. “The bright side is that Joyce has no agenda, and Jamie Lynn has grown to love her like a second mom.”
