Things have been getting tense at Hilary and Haylie Duff's shared house in Sherman Oaks, Calif., ever since Hilary started dating hockey star Mike Comrie, STAR reports.

The N.Y. Islander has been spending most of his off-ice time at the Duffs' and Haylie's had enough.

"Mike sleeps over all the time," a friend says, "and three's a crowd."

Even though Haylie has her own wing, she hates running into the two lovebirds and wants to leave.

"She wants to be known as more than just Hilary's sister. She wants to be independent and move out."
