Gwyneth Paltrow not allowed to snack on the unhealthy items

Professional trainer Tracey Anderson says the ‘Iron Man’ actress is not
allowed to snack on the unhealthy items or drink alcohol.
Anderson said: “They’re bloating and upset your digestive system, which
causes you to store fat. We ban oil and sauces too - they’re just added
calories.”
However, mother-of-two Paltrow has revealed she eats fried food including
fish and chips.
The Oscar-winning beauty stopped eating a solely macrobiotic diet after
becoming pregnant, and now feasts many foods that are bad for her.
